On November 3, 2019, Gertrude Boyle, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Columbia Sportswear Company (the “Company”), passed away. The Company issued a press release in tribute to Ms. Boyle on November 3, 2019, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
