On July 30, 2020, Columbia Sportswear Company (the "Company") issued a press release reporting its second quarter and first half 2020 financial results and providing an update on COVID-19 impacts and response. A copy of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
