|Segment Information||ompany has aggregated its operating segments into four reportable geographic segments: U.S., LAAP, EMEA, and Canada, which are reflective of the Company's internal organization, management and oversight structure. Each geographic segment operates predominantly in one industry: the design, development, marketing, and distribution of outdoor, active and everyday lifestyle apparel, footwear, accessories, and equipment products. Intersegment net sales and intersegment profits, which are recorded at a negotiated mark-up and eliminated in consolidation, are not material. Unallocated corporate expenses consist of expenses incurred by centrally-managed departments, including global information systems, finance, human resources and legal, as well as executive compensation, unallocated benefit program expense, and other miscellaneous costs.
The geographic distribution of the Company's Net sales and Income from operations in the Consolidated Statements of Operations, as well as depreciation and amortization expense, are summarized in the following tables for the years ended December 31, 2019, 2018 and 2017 as well as Accounts receivable, net, Inventories and Property, plant and equipment, net on the Consolidated Balance Sheets at December 31, 2019 and 2018.

Reportable segments include those that meet any of the following quantitative thresholds a) it's reported revenue, including sales to external customers and intersegment sales or transfers is 10 percent or more of the combined revenue, internal and external, of all operating segments b) the absolute amount of its reported profit or loss is 10 percent or more of the greater, in absolute amount of 1) the combined reported profit of all operating segments that did not report a loss or 2) the combined reported loss of all operating segments that did report a loss c) its assets are 10 percent or more of the combined assets of all operating segments.
