NOTE 2 — REVENUES

DISAGGREGATED REVENUE

As disclosed below in Note 3, the Company has four geographic reportable segments: United States ("U.S."), Latin America and Asia Pacific ("LAAP"), Europe, Middle East and Africa ("EMEA"), and Canada.
The following tables disaggregate the Company's reportable segment Net sales by product category and channel, which the Company believes provides a meaningful depiction of how the nature, timing and uncertainty of Net sales are affected by economic factors:

PERFORMANCE OBLIGATIONS

For the three months ended March 31, 2025 and 2024, Net sales recognized from performance obligations related to prior periods were not material. Net sales expected to be recognized in any future period related to remaining performance obligations are not material.

CONTRACT BALANCES

As of March 31, 2025, December 31, 2024 and March 31, 2024, the Company did not have any contract assets and had an immaterial amount of contract liabilities included in Accrued liabilities on the unaudited Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets.
