DISAGGREGATED REVENUE
As disclosed below in Note 9, the Company has four geographic reportable segments: United States ("U.S."), Latin America and Asia Pacific ("LAAP"), Europe, Middle East and Africa ("EMEA") and Canada.

PERFORMANCE OBLIGATIONS
For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022, Net sales recognized from performance obligations related to prior periods were not material. Net sales expected to be recognized in any future period related to remaining performance obligations is not material.
CONTRACT BALANCES
As of September 30, 2023, December 31, 2022 and September 30, 2022, the Company did not have contract assets and had an immaterial amount of contract liabilities included in Accrued liabilities on the unaudited Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets.
